Any form, any country. Filled from your client's answers.
Send your client a link. Their answers come back to you, and Clearhour turns them into checked documents, prepared for your review. Official forms, or any PDF form your firm uploads.
How does it work?
Your client never signs in
They open a link and answer one question per page, on their phone or computer. They can stop and come back. At the end they send you a file.
Each entry read back from the documents
Each typed entry is read back from the finished document and looked for on its page, and the result is in the Verification Record. Missing answers are left blank and listed, so you can fill them in and produce the documents again at no charge. The New Zealand enduring powers of attorney need at least the donor and one attorney first.
Per questionnaire
You are charged once per questionnaire, when you send it, for the documents in it. Each firm's first questionnaire is free.
We cannot read your client's typed answers
Your client's answers stay on their device while they fill the questionnaire in. When they finish, their browser locks the answers to your firm's own key: Clearhour briefly holds an encrypted file it cannot open, and deletes it on delivery to you. So you can see them wherever you sign in, a sealed copy of the answers, and of each document set you produce, is kept on our server, locked to your firm's key. Clearhour prepares documents from the answers you give it. It does not give legal advice. You review and execute every document, as you do now. Optional voice and assistant features send only what a client chooses to speak or ask to a speech or AI provider, at the moment they use them.
