Answers are saved as the client types, keyed to the exact link, on Cloudflare’s network in the region of your firm. Nothing is used to train any model. The assistant sees the question and the client’s typed text to help them answer; it does not see the whole file.
Generated in your browser from the answers. The finished set is sealed to your firm’s key before it is stored, so Clearhour staff cannot open it. You download it, and you can re-download it on any device you are signed in on.
