In Settings, drag your form onto the page. Clearhour reads the printed layout, usually in a minute or two, and tells you honestly while it is reading and if a read fails.
The form sits on the left, the proposed questions on the right. Click a box and its question lights up. Confirm each one, switch off a question your firm answers itself, or draw a box around anything that was missed.
Your client answers at home from one link. Their answers come back to your firm and land on your form. Every value is checked against the box it was mapped to before the document is produced.
An uploaded form has no fillable fields, so every value is placed by position. Clearhour verifies that each rendered value sits inside the box it was mapped to, that a Yes on an authority question renders as an initial mark and never as the word Yes, and that a signature box is left blank for the signing. If any value would not fit, the document is not produced and you get a plain list of the fields that need a look. A misplaced fill never reaches your review pile unannounced.
An uploaded form is stored for your firm and shared with the seats you choose. Client answers never rest anywhere readable: they travel to your firm as an encrypted file that Clearhour cannot open, and are deleted on delivery. The same rules as every ready-made document on the platform.
Any PDF form your firm uses: a prescribed statutory form, a court form, a bank or insurer form, or a document your firm drafted itself. If it has fields a client fills in, Clearhour can build a questionnaire around it.
That is the normal case. Clearhour reads the printed layout of the page, proposes where each answer belongs, and shows you the form and the questions side by side. You confirm each one before the questionnaire is sent to anyone.
Clearhour refuses to produce the document and names the field, page and box instead of printing a misplaced or overflowing value. You will never receive a page where a value has drifted into the wrong box without being told.
